We’re looking for an experienced PPC/Social Ads Specialist who can create, optimize, and lead impactful pay-per-click campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook and Instagram. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by data-driven results, this position is perfect for you.
You will:
PPC Strategy Development: Build and execute PPC strategies focused on driving conversions and improving ROI. Utilize data insights from keyword research, A/B testing, and performance metrics to optimize and adjust campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
Landing Page Optimization: Work closely with our web development team to design, test, and optimize landing pages that align with our PPC campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Google Suite Mastery: Utilize tools like Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager to track, analyze, and improve campaign performance. Make data-driven decisions to fuel growth and enhance results.
Research & Keyword Management: Continuously research and identify high-performing keywords that will fuel new and existing PPC campaigns. Stay on top of trends using platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner.
Reporting & Analysis: Create detailed reports that break down campaign performance on key platforms, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Regularly communicate these findings to both internal teams and clients.
Craft Effective Ad Copy: Write engaging and effective ad copy that resonates with target audiences on Google and Facebook. Ensure your messaging adheres to best practices and aligns with campaign goals.
Design with Canva: Create visually engaging ads using Canva. Develop creative assets that enhance campaign performance, maintaining brand consistency while experimenting with designs that drive engagement.
Collaborate & Communicate with Clients: Take charge of discussions around PPC and social ad campaigns in client meetings, from initial onboarding to strategy updates. Be a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations that align with their marketing goals.
Analyze Campaign Data: Dive into campaign data to extract actionable insights. Use these findings to continually refine and enhance strategies, driving consistent improvement in campaign performance.
We’re looking for someone with:
Google Ads Certification and at least 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, web development, digital media, or a related field.
Proven experience in Facebook Social Ads and knowledge of digital ad platforms.
Expert communicator who can clearly explain complex strategies to both clients and internal teams, adapting based on audience needs.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on creating and maintaining fully optimized, high-performing campaigns.
Data-driven mindset, comfortable with analyzing performance metrics and making recommendations based on findings.
Strategic thinker who can identify new growth opportunities for clients and make data-backed decisions to drive success.
Proactive problem solver with the ability to swiftly address challenges and deliver solutions that meet campaign goals.
Proficiency in landing page development and collaboration across platforms such as Wix Studio, Webflow, and Framer.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks effectively, and consistently deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
Continuous learner who keeps up with digital marketing trends and technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
Bonus Skills:
Experience in healthcare marketing is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Google Apps Script for automation and advanced reporting.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO best practices.
Additional Google AdWords certifications beyond the basics, such as Display, Video, Shopping, and App advertising certifications, are highly desirable.
Compensation:
$60,000 to $70,000
