As a Client Success Manager at Patientfy, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our clients achieve success with our solutions. You will build strong relationships, understand their unique needs, and provide strategic guidance to maximize their growth and profitability. Your role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

You will:
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary touchpoint for clients, facilitating seamless communication between them and our internal teams. Lead regular strategy sessions and ensure consistent, meaningful interaction to keep clients informed and satisfied.
Client Support & Retention: Address client questions and concerns, providing solutions or directing them to the appropriate team members when necessary. Focus on nurturing long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service and value.
Performance Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reports that translate complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights. Utilize our business intelligence tools to assess and communicate the effectiveness of campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and more.
Strategic Planning: Identify growth opportunities and craft tailored marketing strategies to help clients meet their objectives. Collaborate with sales teams on feasibility and execution, and confidently present these strategies to clients.
Growth & Upselling: Recognize and act on opportunities to expand client relationships by proposing additional services that align with their goals, driving upsell and expansion initiatives.
Brand Quality & Creative Oversight: Ensure all client deliverables are on-brand, precise, and of high quality. Oversee the creative process, from providing feedback on marketing collateral to reviewing and refining digital content.
KPI Oversight: Define, track, and achieve key client success metrics. Focus on targets such as overall revenue, client retention rates, upsells, and client satisfaction, ensuring the team consistently meets its goals.
Requirements:
2+ Years of Marketing or Agency Experience: Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within an agency setting, with a strong understanding of client management and campaign execution.
Effective Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication. Experience in balancing various forms of communication (email, phone calls) and collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Project Managers, to ensure seamless project transitions.
Relationship Building: Success in establishing and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Ability to connect on a personal and professional level, fostering long-term partnerships through regular, meaningful interactions.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and accountability in managing client feedback and deliverables. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all work is precise and of the highest quality.
Strong Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Experience in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns with a focus on detail-oriented account management.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in interpreting marketing metrics and KPIs. Ability to assess ROI, monitor campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and achieve client objectives.
Strategic Thinking: Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media, with the ability to develop and present holistic marketing strategies that align with client goals. Experience in connecting tactical marketing efforts to the overall business strategy.
Local Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of local marketing and traditional advertising methods, including print, radio, and TV. Ability to tailor strategies to specific demographics and facilitate local business partnerships and event marketing.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Self-motivated and resourceful with a proven track record of independently managing client accounts. Ability to identify issues, provide solutions, and maintain momentum on projects, ensuring client satisfaction and campaign success.
Commitment to Quality: Strong work ethic and pride in delivering high-quality work. Demonstrated ability to manage projects with a focus on accuracy, thoroughness, and excellence in execution.

Bonus Points for Applicants With:
Client Success Experience in an Agency Setting: Previous experience managing client relationships and success within a marketing or advertising agency.
Digital Marketing Experience: Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, social media content and ads management, and familiarity with website CMS platforms like Webflow, Wix Studio, or Framer.
Knowledge of the Dental Industry or Dental Services: Specific experience or familiarity with marketing in the dental industry, including understanding of dental services and patient acquisition strategies.
Compensation:
$70,000 to $90,000
